Fees & Services
Canopy Immigration is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), formerly known as the OISC. We are authorised to provide immigration advice and services at Level 1 and 2 in the categories of Immigration and Asylum and Protection. Our IAA regulation number is F202539785.
The fees listed below are based on a remote-first service, with work done primarily by telephone, videocall, and email. Whilst we are happy to meet in person when requested, this may incur an additional charge.
Canopy Immigration Ltd is not VAT registered; therefore no VAT is added to the fees listed below.

Consultations Fee Scale
The below fees are for 1 hour consultation (without representation) with detailed written advice. If you choose to instruct us to represent you after the initial consultation, the consultation fee will be included in your Full-Service Representation* fee listed below.

Standard Application Fee Scale
The fees given below are for Full-Service Representation* per applicant on each application, including dependents.
For Human Rights based applications, discounts may apply for additional dependent applicants.

Document Checking Service Fee Scale
The Document Checking Service includes a one-off review of client-prepared application and documents with written feedback by email. This service does not include representation, assistance in evidence gathering, uploading/submission etc.

Points Based System (PBS) Fee Scale
The fees given below are for Full Representation* and are per applicant on each application, including dependents.

*Full representation includes the following work:
- a detailed eligibility assessment
- tailored Client Care Letter
- personalised document checklist
- assistance with evidence gathering and drafting statements
- completion of the online application
- preparation of legal representations (cover letter)
- full document submission (including upload support)
- support with booking biometric appointments (where required)
- management of Home Office correspondence throughout the application process (including responding to further information requests and chasing delays)
- full post‑decision advice
The following are not included in any fixed fee unless expressly agreed in writing:
- Home Office fees
- Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
- interpreting or translation services
- expert reports
- travel costs
If any of the above third‑party costs are required for your application we will let you know in advance. These are to be paid directly by the client to the relevant provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Please note that while we will provide guidance and support to help you calculate your income and expenditure for Fee Waiver applications, a full review and breakdown of your bank statements (including line‑by‑line analysis and calculation of monthly averages) is a chargeable additional service of £200.
